No, \u017eivjeti zdravo ne bismo trebali po\u010deti tek kad nam se naru\u0161i zdravlje\u2026<\/p><p>Ako bi se po ne\u010demu trebalo pamtiti 21. stolje\u0107e, onda je to svakako globalni trend usvajanja zdravih navika. Naime, kada bismo bolje pogledali \u0161to se doga\u0111alo posljednjih desetak godina, sigurno bi na samom vrhu ljestvice bile aktivnosti poput tr\u010danja i joge, nove prehrambene navike koje promoviraju uravnote\u017eenu prehranu, ne preskakanje doru\u010dka, jelovnike sa \u0161to vi\u0161e vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a, ribe i zdravih masno\u0107a.<\/p><h4>Tako je to bilo nekad<\/h4><p>Tako\u0111er, pu\u0161enje je postalo totalno \u201cout\u201d, ali ne u smislu da nije u trendu, ve\u0107 u puno dubljem i smislenijem zna\u010denju \u2013 ljudi su osvijestili kako je ono \u0161tetno, skra\u0107uje \u017eivot i uzrokuje niz po \u017eivot opasnih bolesti.<\/p><div class=\"e4-sub-article\"><section>Usvajanjem dobrih navika poput svakodnevnog kretanja i uravnote\u017eene prehrane te izbacivanjem lo\u0161ih navika, poput pu\u0161enja, mo\u017ee napraviti veliki iskorak za svoje zdravlje.<\/section><\/div><p>I dok se nekad voda pila uglavnom uz kavu, a hladnjaci su nam bili pretrpani bezalkoholnim i alkoholnim gaziranim napicima, danas je gotovo nemogu\u0107e ne sresti osobu koja u ruci nema bo\u010dicu vode\u2026<\/p><div class=\"e4-sub-article\"><section><p>Sve su to stvari koje ukazuju kako se polako mijenjamo na bolje. Rastemo. Brinemo. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da tradicionalna mediteranska prehrana smanjuje rizik za bolesti srca i da osobe koje se hrane na mediteranski na\u010din imaju manji rizik za obolijevanje od kardiovaskularnih bolesti i smrti povezanih sa sr\u010danim problemima. Mediteranska prehrana tako\u0111er je povezana sa smanjenom u\u010destalo\u0161\u0107u raka te Parkinsonove i Alzheimerove bolesti. \u017dene koje jedu mediteransku prehranu oboga\u0107enu ekstra djevi\u010danskim maslinovim uljem i ora\u0161astim plodovima smanjuju rizik od raka dojke.<\/p><p>Ova prehrana podrazumijeva raznolikost, \u010dim vi\u0161e vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a, maslinovog ulja (s omega 3 masnim kiselinama za promicanje dugovje\u010dnosti), ribe i cjelovitih \u017eitarica, uz malu potro\u0161nju pr\u017eene hrane, crvenog mesa i prera\u0111evina.
